We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is E.Com for Local orders and DHL for international orders. We ship both domestic and internationally, domestic shipping is free and international shipping cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimate for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Refund: Your money will not be refunded Once order placed it not be cancelled or exchange. ordered amount will not be refund back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
